Maggie helped me with my anxiety. She helped me learn how to express my feelings in the correct way. She has also helped me with how to go about managing my anger and how to talk to my parents and friends.
She writes my emotions and behaviours on the board and ways to solve them. This helps me because it helps me understand my emotions and how I behave the way I do.
When attending sessions, I felt heard, unjudged and safe. Maggie always understood what it was I was going through and the best ways to cope and work through it. The coping mechanisms helped and when I used them, they were always effective. I have enjoyed and learned a lot from my time in sessions with Maggie and will miss them very much.
I have found my sessions helpful because they have helped me focus more and have helped my behaviour change. I found Maggie helpful because she was trying and succeed to help me do better than I did and now I am on a good path to succeed in my G.C.S.E.s. These sessions helped me on the right path and helped calm me down.
I feel as though the sessions are well organised and help me progress my feelings when I can’t do it alone.
If anything is going on in my day or life, I know someone is here for me to listen to what I have to say and what I say won’t leave the room unless it is necessary.
Thank you for changing my life Maggie. I am not sure how you did it when many other therapists have not. I am grateful for the Maggie way. I feel free and able to live my life again. Thank you for giving me my life back.
You have changed my life Maggie. I have worked with so many therapist and have felt better for a while but never understood why I kept going back to how I have felt and why. I don’t know what you did but I truly understand why I behave and think how I used to think. I feel free. Thank you for whatever you did Maggie, I am so grateful.
Maggie has helped me process my traumas and marriage issues. I truly did not get it until now. Thanks Maggie.
