About Me

my story

I started my professional journey as an International Business Manager. I noticed some challenges in dealing with employee absences and felt motivated to make positive changes and explore how I could help. That’s when I discovered my passion for Counselling. The company recognised my ability to assist others and encouraged me to pursue a path in Counselling.

Driven by my deep fascination with understanding how individuals respond and behave in different situations, I made a pivotal career transition from International Business Management to Counselling Psychology. Continuously intrigued by the underlying factors that influence human actions, I maintain an unwavering interest in studying individuals and my own responses, behaviours, mental health, and overall well-being.
